Terras aan de Maas, The Netherlands

Spijkenisse is attracting a lot of attention. An apartment complex, a residential area, and two residential towers will be added to the De Elementen project. One of these residential towers is Terras aan de Maas.

The tower will contain 116 owner-occupied apartments and 68 rental apartments. Terras aan de Maas is a complex with a significant share of tunnel casting. Given its speed and high effectiveness, Hendriks ruwbouw is working with six tunnels. This means that, in total, up to 144 concrete pouring days are needed, resulting in huge time savings for the project. Molenaar supplied many different products for the construction of this tower. It is a wonderful project on the river Maas, to which we can make a valuable contribution.

Completion is scheduled for 2021.
